Le Roux is a Louisiana based band who’s Top-40 hit “Nobody said it was easy” hit #16 on the Billboard Charts in 1982.
The group was formed in 1977 and is still performing, frequently using the name “Louisiana’s LeRoux“.
They are members of the Louisiana Music Hall-of-Fame.
I had liked the song “Nobody said it was easy” when it came out while I was in High School, then I did not hear the song again for decades until a local easy rock station played it a few years ago. Still a good song after all these years.
What about New Orleans Ladies? Great song. I had some contact with some of the band members years ago. One of them egineered and a CD I was working on.
There first album should not be missed.
