One of my Favorite Mystery Thrillers of the 1980′s and one of the great twist endings of any movie in that genre.

When “No Way Out” was released, Kevin Costner was coming off the recent successes of “Silverado” and “The Untouchables“.
Gene Hackman’s previous film was the highly successful “Hoosiers“.
Sean Young was best known for roles in “Stripes” and “Blade Runner“.
Fred Thompson went to become a US Senator representing the State of Tennessee in the 1990′s. He ran for President of the United States in 2008.
The film was directed by Roger Donaldson. His other directing credits include “Species”, “The Bounty”, “Cadillac Man”, “Cocktail”, “Dante’s Peak” and many others.
In my opinion, this is one of the best political thrillers to come out of Hollywood and is easily one of Kevin Costner’s best films. The movie keeps you guessing at every turn, and as I mentioned earlier, it has one heck of a good twist at the end. If you have not seen it, I would recommend you put it on your Netflix list asap!
