Swing Out Sister is a British Pop group first formed in Manchester, England in 1985.
They are best known for their 1986 hit “Breakout” which reached #6 on the Billboard Top-40 Charts.
The group has had one other Top-40 single in the US, the 1987 single “Twilight World” which reached #31 on the Billboard Charts.

Corinne Drewery – Vocals
Martin Jackson – Drums
Andy Connell – Keyboards
The group has released 9 Studio Albums to date.
Prior to joining the band, Corinne Drewery was a Fashion Designer and a Model.
The group was nominated for two Grammy Awards in 1988.
Martin Jackson left the group in 1989. Drewery and Connell still record and tour as a Duo under the Swing Out Sister name.
